Meet Julian Kreusser, an unschooling five-year-old from Oregon who hosts his own cooking show.

"It's great that he gets to do what he wants to do," says his mom, Kristen McKee. "We want him to do what's in his heart, to follow his interests."

Here's his recipe for chocolate chip zucchini muffins:
